Find Your Codes in My Postcodes
My postcodes is the area of your UPCS account where signed-in users find their codes. How to get there and how to use it.
Updated 14 October 2026 · 2 min read
My postcodes is the part of your UPCS account where your codes are collected, so you do not have to remember or search for them.
How to open it
- Sign in with your WhatsApp number and one-time code. See signing in.
- Open your account dashboard by choosing My Account in the account menu in the site header.
- Choose My Postcodes in the side menu.
What to do there
The page lists your codes in a table with the code, an optional label, the address, the location coordinates and the date created. Each row has an Edit button; changing a saved location asks for a one-time code sent to your WhatsApp number. Once you have the code you can:
- Copy the code and share it.
- Paste it into the search box to open its lookup page, with Open in Map, Get Directions or Copy coordinates.
- Add it to an order note or give it to a courier.
Why it helps
If you regularly use several places, such as home, work and a relative's house, keeping them in one place saves you from creating the code again. Because the same coordinates always give the same code, a code you reuse will match the one you made before.
Check before you reuse
Before sending an old code, look it up and confirm it still shows the entrance you want. Checking you chose the right spot explains how.
