UPCS signs you in with your WhatsApp number and a one-time code, often shortened to OTP. There is no password to remember.

    Steps

    1. Open upcs.io and choose My Account in the site header (when you are signed out, this takes you to the sign-in page).
    2. Enter your WhatsApp number. Use the number that is registered with WhatsApp on your phone.
    3. Choose Send WhatsApp Code and wait for the one-time code to arrive.
    4. Enter the code in the Verification Code field.
    5. Once it is accepted, you are signed in.

    Tips

    • Enter the number completely, including the country code, so it matches your WhatsApp number.
    • Use the code promptly. A one-time code is meant for a single sign-in, so request a new one if it does not work.
    • Keep the code to yourself. Nobody from UPCS needs you to share it with them.

What you get when signed in

Signed-in users have an account dashboard and a My postcodes area. Read your dashboard and My postcodes for details.

If the code does not arrive

Go to not receiving your one-time code for general checks.

    When you are done

Sign out when you use a shared or public device.

    If you are a business

Businesses use a partner account to manage API keys. Partner account vs personal account explains the difference.

    Frequently asked questions
