The [upcs_map] shortcode, provided by the UPCS plugin, shows the map on any page or post. It is useful for a custom delivery-details page, or any other page that is separate from the WooCommerce checkout.
Basic use
- Make sure the plugin is installed and configured.
- Edit the page where you want the map.
- Add a Shortcode block (or paste into the classic editor) containing:
[upcs_map]
- Update the page and view it.
Attributes
| Attribute | Example | What it does |
|---|---|---|
height |
height="600px" |
Sets how tall the map is. |
zoom |
zoom="6" |
Sets the starting zoom level. |
An example with both:
[upcs_map height="600px" zoom="6"]
Choosing values
- Height. Use a CSS length such as
600px. On mobile, a map that is too tall can be hard to scroll past, so keep it moderate. - Zoom. A lower number shows a wider area, a higher number a closer view. The 3 m x 3 m grid appears from zoom 18, so customers will need to zoom in that far to choose an exact cell.
